Yuzhou Langham

Yuzhou Langham is a sales center located in Foshan City, China, covering an area of 760 square meters. The design is inspired by a jewelry box and introduces modern and contemporary art elements. The spatial layout draws on the traditional Chinese courtyard and reinterprets it as a half-open space with verandas. A surrealist interactive art installation is placed on the veranda. Metal grid screens divide the space while keeping it transparent. The materials include Irish green stone, ceramic tile in three colors and khaki paint board.

The Jinmao Yueshan

The Jinmao Yueshan is a property sales center in Wuxi, China, with a total area of 1300 square meters. The interior follows a new Chinese style that draws on local cultural elements. The layout places the sales space in the front area and the working space at the back. The design takes its inspiration from the nearby mountain and river landscape, Zen, the tea ceremony and calligraphic art. Marble, gray wood finishes, bronze stainless steel components, beige leather, hand-painted wallpaper and wire glass are the main materials. The materials were selected to suit a limited budget.

Moonlit Garden Wuxi

Moonlit Garden Wuxi is a sales center located in the New District of Wuxi, China. The interior uses regional materials linked to local industry, such as cloth, iron, bamboo and Taihu Lake stone. A twenty meter entrance passage uses mirrors to create repeated reflections that suggest a bamboo forest. The ground floor recalls the historical background of Wuxi through these local materials. A belt of artificial greenery is installed on the ceiling of the underground lounge. The facility remains open like a public park, so local residents can meet and interact.

Sce Funworld

Tongchuan Sce Funworld is a sales center in Tongchuan, China, with an area of 680 square meters. The design theme is space travel, based on stellar and cloud elements. A particle art installation is placed at the entrance. Above the property model display area, colorful round installations form a winding time track. Light from lamp belts is reflected on the walls to create varied colors. Laser acrylic panels and aluminum sculptures are the main materials. A mirror installation with blue light marks the contract signing area, and a play area is provided for children.

Ruyi Mansion

Ruyi Mansion is a sales center interior located in Jiangsu, China, covering 715.2 square meters. The visitor route follows two sections inspired by the Kun opera Peony Pavilion. Crystal bricks with high transparency are arranged in a pixel pattern to form a landscape image on the main wall. The wall represents the distant view, while a stone garden on the floor represents the near view. The chandelier recalls water drops on a lake surface. The interior extends the outdoor water landscape into the indoor space.

Slender and Masculine

Slender and Masculine is a sales center interior design located in Taiwan. The space covers 661 square meters and was completed in April 2020. A non-decorative appearance highlights the architectural structure, and the entrance is composed to create an introverted visual impression. Modern art guides the treatment of color and texture, combining strong forms with delicate details. Recycled wood panels replace natural wood panels on the exterior walls. Green building materials reduce maintenance and save energy. Natural ventilation and daylight improve indoor comfort.

Nan Chang' Cross the Times

Cross the Times is a sales center interior located in Nanchang, close to the bank of the Gan River. The design translates natural forms and colors into flowing lines and a palette of black, white, red and blue. Naturalism, art and futurism are combined within one unified space. Water is used together with selected materials to enrich sight, sound, touch and spatial perception. Aquatic motifs, such as the free forms of fish and water, add cultural meaning to the interior. The contrast of Yin and Yang expresses a search for balance, order and a calm, comfortable atmosphere.

Yuzhou Group Tangshan Foushan is a sales center located in Tangshan City. The interior covers 420 square meters. The design combines traditional Chinese elements with a clear and simple contemporary style. Stone and wood are the main materials, and each piece keeps its natural character. Gray tones, matte metallic textures and old artworks create a calm atmosphere. In the meeting areas and VIP booths, wooden screens depict the beauty of Chinese natural landscapes. The intent is to present culture through space and careful detail.
