Yuzhou Rongyu

Yuzhou Rongyu is a sales center located in Fuzhou City, China. The interior covers an area of 887 square meters and was created inside three connected villas. The color scheme is based on red tones, which symbolize joy and celebration in Chinese culture. A glass screen printed with a plum pattern is suspended at the center of a Corinthian column. Materials include custom art wall covering, a dark wood floor, Caesar green marble and silver foil. The design combines Eastern and Western references within one space.

Yulanshan

CR Land Yulanshan is a sales center located in Lanzhou. The interior covers 3261 square meters and is organized on high and low levels. Stone is the main material. In the reception lobby, a lampshade carved from a single stone echoes a stone background wall. Marble surfaces are rough cut with a precise cutting machine and then carved, which creates a subtle play of light and shadow. The staircase is deconstructed into a sculptural volume that links the art gallery and the exhibition hall. The design follows a simple and elegant style that reflects local culture.

Poly Central Residence

Poly Central Residence is a sales center located in Yangjiang, China. The interior covers 900 square meters. Concrete blocks are interlaced to imitate coastal rocks, recalling the traces of time and tide. Rocky walls and a blocky ceiling form multiple levels and a natural spatial order. Green moss grows between the rocks, and open areas echo the waterscape outside. The walls, ceiling, reception counter, water bar, showcase and scaled model are customized. Ceramics, stone, metal and leather contrast with each other, and lights with simple lines are embedded in cabinets and walls.

Boundless Horizon

Boundless Horizon is a sales center located in Qingdao, China. The interior covers 1200 square meters and was completed in June 2019. The design draws on the local geography and culture of the coastal city. Ocean, water and sky form the main theme. Oriental aesthetics are expressed through abstract art and soft decorative elements. An installation made with a Fresnel lens stands in the reception hall and invites interaction. Light and shadow change through the day and give the space different expressions.

Tengchong Heshunli

Tengchong Heshunli is a sales center located in Tengchong City, Yunnan Province, China. The site lies north of the ancient Nanzhao Kingdom city site and near the old town of Heshun. The interior joins traditional Chinese elements with modern space construction. Warm burlywood tones set the main color of the space. Wooden strips cross above the main hall and form the ceiling texture, while brass grilles define the bar area. A geometric staircase of wood veneer leads to the second floor. A large wall painting shows the landscape of Tengchong.

Dowell Insight

Dowell Insight is a sales center that combines classical British style with modern design under the theme of Afternoon Tea in Kensington. The red brick facade draws on British red brick buildings, and soft furnishings in the same color decorate the interior. The symmetrical lobby uses arranged lighting matrixes to outline the image of the Union Flag. An arched partition separates the negotiation area, where red chairs, a black couch and a golden tea table form a relaxing space for conversation. The project covers 1300 square meters.

Tong Yueli

Tong Yueli is a sales center designed with a fairytale theme. The interior covers 308 square meters and invites visitors to view the space from the perspective of children. The lobby uses bright colors for a strong visual effect. A background wall of paper sculptures shows trees, grass, flowers and deer, creating the atmosphere of an enchanted forest. Hidden light strips give warm yellow light, and colorful balls are placed overhead. The design combines the imagination of children with the experience of adults, and encourages thought about growing up.

Lvdu Yanmingxu is an interior design project for a sales center in the Yanming Lake Scenic Area of Zhengzhou, China. The design explores the relevance of modernism within the local geographical and cultural context. The beauty of the architecture is shown through changes of light and shadow. The form draws on the mortise and tenon joint used in traditional Chinese timber structures, reinterpreted with modern methods. The open space is full of light and surrounded by layers of greenery. Winner Land Mansion is a sales center for a residential property in Tianjin, China. The interior serves as a sand table display area, a negotiation area and a lounge. A wave-shaped installation hangs above the sand table area and gives the space an artistic character. Natural light enters through large glass surfaces and links people, nature and the building. The tea tasting area combines books with a lattice wall. The bar lounge uses wood with light and shadow effects. The children's area uses bright colors.

Aoka Sales Office is a sales center in Xianyang, China, covering 12814 square meters. The interior combines modern simplicity with art, using curves, light and shadow, stone forms and geometric elements. The reception desk has a customized curved shape that resembles a sculpture. Artworks and sculptures are placed through the space, and the negotiation area offers a relaxed atmosphere. Hyperboloid surfaces produce changing light effects under different lighting. The design refers to the cultural heritage of the Qinhan New City.

Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion

Yango Ji'an Wenlan Mansion is a sales center converted from a row of street shops. The interior covers 200 square meters and is arranged to receive a large flow of visitors. The layout is inspired by the fluid square plan of the Diamond House, and curved lines are used as three-dimensional surfaces to soften the straight edges of the narrow original space. A long corridor screens most of the interior views. Materials are kept simple and include plain wallpaper, copper skirting, gray marble and brushed gold metal panels, layered and separated by facade LED lighting.
