Rotating the lampshade acts as the switch and selects a color temperature of 4200K or 3200K. A short touch of the button starts the timing mode, and a long touch keeps the light on. Gravity sensing and electronic slip rings let the shade turn without winding the wires. The design combines lighting with a reminder that time is passing.
