Furnishing firm changes its route looking at wine sector

Furnishing firm changes its route looking at wine sector

In times of changing operators in the furnishing sector are targeting new markets. For this reason the brand de RE has decided to choose a space that gets away from the traditional Milan scene to present its new collection entirely dedicated to the world of wine and contract. Thinking about selecting a new target, the brand has chosen as exhibition place the one where wine is the protagonist: Vinitaly in Verona.

“de RE” furnishing elements will be shown by the most well-known wine producers as Consorzio di Tutela della DOC Prosecco, Cantina San Martino di Angelo Pittaro, Cantine Paladin, Tenuta Carretta, Cav. G.B. Bertani, Marchesi Antinori, Tormaresca, San Martino, Paololeo, Bonaventura Maschio,Fattoria di Poggio Gagliardo and in the restaurant “Le Donne del Vino”, women association devoted to wine. G.B. Bertani , Fattoria di Poggio Gagliardo e all’interno del ristorante “Le Donne del Vino”, nota associazione femminile da anni dedicata all’enologia.

The brand de RE was established with the aim of satisfying the furnishing needs of wine lovers. Born from the entrepreneurial experience of its founder Franco De Re, it proposes a range of accessories that incorporates a melting pot of cultural values linked to the exotic places, where the company collects some excellent materials. Their names refer to travelling by using many different languages that range from dialect to English, from Swahili to Vietnamese and Esperanto, while unifying under a unique concept many cultures with the aim of diffusing Made in Italy all over the world.
Two guidelines merged in a single idea that characterizes the whole collection that is made of unique objects, balanced in proportions and volumes that get distinguished for the high quality and excellent craftsmanship. These multifunctional objects can be adapted to many environments acquiring their own specificity just when required. They can be positioned in public places as wine bars or restaurants as well as in private living rooms.

“La Vit”, a singular object that blend together design and wine and incorporates de RE great craftsmanship experience, represents the brand. “La Vit” is the main furnishing complement of the brand. It is a sculpture in cast aluminium that evokes the organic lines of the vine and that can be used as a coat rack. Franco De Re explains, “It wants to be a praise to the wild climbing plant that the man could shape, cure and graft. He could harvest the plant and collect those fruits to squeeze obtaining the astonishing juice that will mature and become wine”. Vino” spiega Franco De Re.

The collection comprises a range of wine racks, seats, tables, glacette and furnishing complements like vases, lamps or coat racks.
de RE pushes itself away from the production thought exclusively to furnish houses whereas it dedicates its products to wine bars or restaurants. It aims at expanding in Eastern Europe, in Russia and of course in Italy. We will have to wait for the very official launch but in the meanwhile we will be able to admire its products at Vinitaly or visiting francodere.it
